Design renovations to this 100 year old house included complete demolition of existing interior and upper roof/exterior and addition of a 2000 ft² 2nd floor. The scope of work and functional requirements were to accommodate an existing business and family residence that would not detract from the surrounding residential area homes. We represented our clients to get all approvals through the city committee of adjustment hearings. Construction included full exterior and interior additions and renovations and many energy efficient systems upgrades and improvements that provided an aesthetically pleasing and functional residence and business office. We exceeded our client’s expectations and continue our business relationship.
