Georgetown Transport Depot, Rehabilitation

At 88,000 ft² this new industrial building had been declared unfit due to numerous building construction deficiencies and required a complete building inspection, analysis, and project plan to clear building official’s requirements to repair and complete. $1.2 M in restorative changes were required to correct and finish. Our Construction management and value engineering methods proved effective and essential to save .25M$ in construction costs and deliver this large transport depot. Our client’s investment was salvaged and successfully leased.
