Jeffrey Kahn, M.S. is a special educator with more than 50 years of experience building, operating, and improving programs and schools for students with significant mental health needs. As Principal Consultant of Education Design & Management, he helps school districts, special education programs, and behavioral health partners design practical therapeutic education systems, review existing services, train staff, and implement sustainable supports.
