Education Design & Management, LLC was created to help schools and organizations respond more effectively to students with complex mental health needs. The firm brings together special education leadership, therapeutic program experience, operational planning, and practical implementation support.
We work with school districts, private schools, special education programs, behavioral health providers, and community partners who need thoughtful, realistic solutions for high-risk student support challenges.
Our Philosophy
Students do best when schools have the structure, staffing, training, and confidence to meet their needs consistently. Strong therapeutic education programs are not built on isolated interventions. They depend on aligned leadership, clear expectations, integrated supports, and teams that understand both the student and the system around the student.
Leadership
Jeff Kahn, M.S., Principal Consultant brings decades of experience building, operating, and improving programs for students with significant mental health needs. His work is grounded in the realities of schools: staffing, compliance, budgets, parent communication, student safety, instructional quality, and sustainable leadership.
Through Education Design & Management, Jeff helps organizations make complex educational decisions with clarity, compassion, and a practical plan for implementation.
